Kitchen Garden Maintenance

We’ve been looking after this garden as a whole since 2018 and the kitchen garden is a project in itself! Incorporating a large greenhouse, which allows a longer growing season, in combination with the sizeable potager, when managed properly can be extremely productive.

The whole estate is run as business and as such the kitchen garden is used by the chefs for guest and event catering. We also supply the house with flowers which is a substantial demand, to fill all the rooms. Constantly evolving in its challenges, the objective here is to be highly productive as efficiently as possible. We achieve this through a combination of traditional and modern plant management and extremely careful planning.
